Couldn’t get the coffee maker...

ripoff of the elderly b/c...

Disliked: reception staff has no clue on how to give back a deposit for “incidentals” now I am out $50.00 because the staff lied to me and told me that it would be “automatically refunded” on my credit card…and I was stupid enough to believe the lie. Not only that, my credit card was charged $3.75 for a bottle of coke that I paid the front desk CASH MONEY for because I didnt want my credit card charged for “incidentals” which is why I paid cash. Again, how stupid does one have to be to accept this thievery? I guess for me once will do…I will NEVER book a hotel with your company ever again…being I am elderly, I dont have much income, I could have used the money your company stole from me for food…but hey, in this day and time…I am not suprised that companies like yours are ripping people off because why??? Your company doesnt make enough $$$ for quarterly profits to pay shareholders?? So your company has resorted to ripping off elderly people?? Pretty shameful - I will let everone I know that your company is a rip off scheme waiting on the unsuspecting.Marcus [email protected]

Liked: The front desk manager was the most accommodating person. Holly made sure all my kids stuff for college was stored in a room nicely and was so kind. Made our stay and move in to college so smooth.

Very nice accommodations but not...

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The room was pretty spacious and very clean.
Disliked: We asked for an accessible room , but it was located too far away from the elevator. Most people who want an accessible room have mobility issues. Also, the shower did not have a seat and it had one vertical grab bar next to the shower head.
