Liked: The location was excellent, right on the edge of downtown, walking distance to everything downtown, but still quiet. The staff was sweet and friendly, and the facilities were really nice -- lovely suites, nice bathrooms, pretty good breakfast.
Disliked: This is just personal preference. so it's not necessarily a complaint, but the beds were too soft for most of my family's liking. When they're that soft that they're not that comfortable, and the pillows had no heft, so it required two or three of them folded up to act like one regular pillow. Combined, that made for a less than great sleep for 3/4 of my family, and didn't allow for sitting up in bed to drink coffee in the morning or whatever, because there was just no support from the pillows. Like I said, though, that's personal taste. Also, the breakfast was pretty good, but the eggs and turkey sausage were very underwhelming - would've liked some bacon, and fresh-squeezed OJ would be a really nice touch, rather than just juice from a bag from a dispenser. That's personal taste, too, though, as the breakfast had more options than many hotels I've been to at a similar level -- and the toppings available for the oatmeal were really great.
