Liked: Hotel staff weren’t very nice. I have a large family of seven with five children two of them who are autistic within the first 30 minutes of arrival with security complaining they weren’t very accommodating with anything after spending six nights they couldn’t us have a hour late check out And were very rude and pushy it’s was a total bummer after spending so much time and money to be treated so rude!!

Liked: Absolutely horrible. I couldn't believe they were serving jail food to guests.
Disliked: They kept changing my room. I received a call stating the hotel was overbooked, so I could not have the room I reserved. After back and forth calls for 2 hours at 11 p.m. I agreed to receiving 2 rooms for the price of 1. However when I got to the hotel, I was given 1 room that did not accommodate my family of 7. I was then moved yet again to a floor that smelled like poop. Pull out sofa was horrible to sleep on. Worst hotel experience ever.

Liked: Close proximity to Disney… coffee shop, convenient stores, and food places nearby… the property is also clean and well maintained…
