Liked: Location is very convenient!
Disliked: Night staff wasn’t friendly, wouldn’t even give 1 complimentary bottle of water when checking in for the night, conditioner bottle in shower was empty.

Excellent overall except for the...

Liked: The radiator/heating system in the room could really use some work. It was so loud every time it kicked in it sounded like a plane was overhead. This is what deterred me from giving an overall excellent score. I only stayed one night for my husband's birthday so I did not make a big deal of it but if I was staying longer, this would have definitely been brought up to management.
Disliked: The heater was awful. So much noise, had to yell to speak to my husband.
