Liked: This could have been higher rating but the issue listed below was the major factors:Paying for parking is utterly unacceptable, for a hotel this was the first time I ever experienced this issue. To go out and return and not be guaranteed a parking space close to the hotel in a poorly lit business area is unsafe, especially when you are handicap.We were placed in a handicap room which I thought would be perfect since my husband had back surgery and has difficulty walking the room was half way down the hallway from the elevator. Shouldn't a handicap room not be placed in close proximity to the elevator?In the Bathroom besides having shower bars and a bench you should have non-skid tubs. It was a nightmare worrying about falling in a bathtub that should be completely handicap accessible.
