Horrible.
Liked: Getting in and out was good.
Disliked: The room was dirty. Someone or some people left “happy playtime stains” all over the couch that looked very disgusting. Didn’t want to place anything on it. There were red stains under the coffee table. There were poop or pee stains on the wall next to the toilet paper. No soap for washing hands. The worst part was the feeling of something biting me almost immediately after sitting on the bed. I wanted to take pictures but husband wouldn’t let me. Couldn’t sleep and felt disgusting this morning.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
Liked: Spacious, comfortable rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Road noise from Interstate 40 and huge potholes in parking lot.

Liked: The beds were SO comfortable and I liked the separated area for the desk and extra bed/couch. We really had everything we needed. I travel with a group each fall and will stay here again. It was quiet and there is a restaurant across the parking lot in case you don't wish to drive out for dinner.
Disliked: We were told one of our ladies would have grab bars in the shower -- but she didn't. There were plenty of empty rooms as we were travelling in the late fall. I don't know why she couldn't be put in a handicapped room (even though I did not originally think of asking for one). I would highly recommend you have them in EVERY shower.
