Liked: very nice welcome, great breakfast, very clean rooms, excellent location, quiet, car parking facility. Ideal for a stop over when hiking the Down's link.
Disliked: extremely hard pillows, would have loved to be able to obtain a better pillow

Liked: Great location for Horsham town centre and local restaurants. Nicely cooked breakfast. We were allowed to vacate the room at a later time.
Disliked: Traffic noise from the road. The headboard was hard on the bed and would have appreciated some cushions to prop up on when watching the TV.
