Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: We had an evening meal..pasta dish was full of oil and vegetables with the turkey and ham were undercooked(raw) especially the cauliflower..we waited far too long to get our dishes and no it was not busy at the time...overall we enjoyed our stay but we would definitely not eat in the bar again..

Liked: Only 5 min walk to the centre. Nice location
Disliked: They wanted an extra €50 for a balcony room which was crazy. Any hotel I’ve been to never charges for a balcony

A Sanctuary and homely friendly...

Liked: I enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly staff of the hotel.I started coming here following the loss of my husband and daughter 3 yrs ago for short repite during a difficult time. I feel safe and renewed following my stay.
Disliked: Food to room not very hot when feeling unable to go to dining room.But still tasty and such kind staff.

It could have been better

Disliked: The service was so poor unfortunately at both dinner and breakfast. We were also told that breakfast finished at 11 and we went down at 10:15 there was very little food left and they started to clear up the drinks etc before 10:30am
