Downgraded room, no sleep, no...

Liked: I was to angry to enjoy any thing
Disliked: Purchased a king room. Was told that Booking oversold. We were given a room with two queens. Property was under construction. No lobby, restaurant, only one wing was in use. You checked in to the hotel in a trailer. We had to ask a construction worker for help locating it.

For the money I would...

Liked: Location was my deciding factor.Rooms were good size. My room was easy to get to. The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: At the time of our stay the building was undergoing major construction. It was upsetting that I paid good money to stay in town, close to all the activities and services.

Nice views but...

Liked: The views were what we liked about this hotel.
Disliked: The hotel is under serious construction. There is no lobby, no gym, no breakfast area, no laundry area, and no hotel shop to buy last-minute items. There are no vending machines. To access the pool/hottub area, you walk behind construction fencing. You check in to a trailer. A lot of parking is behind construction fencing and inaccessible. There is no elevator for those who might need one. The grab and go breakfast is a gas station jimmy dean sandwich. I understand renovating hotels, but to essentially take out all the amenities and not offer compensation is ridiculous. You charged a prime rate and provided a bare minimum stay. We left early. We also looked into other hotels that were already full. We booked this 6 months in advance and weren't fully notified until we walked into the trailer to check in. Understand that almost all of this hotel is under construction, and you are staying in one wing of it.

Liked: Great location. When construction is finished or at least main building is done it will be an amazing hotel. Shuttle stop right outside. Beautiful views and great pool and hot tubs.

Disappointing

Liked: Construction going on longer than disclosed. Bagged breakfast only.
Disliked: Run down hotel & overpriced. No signage for check in during construction.
