Very good

Liked: A very nice hotel in a stunning location. The hotel was undergoing some renovations but this didn't matter. The staff were incredibly friendly. The pool was open as expected which was a lovely suntrap with a nice jacuzzi.
Disliked: A hotel bar would have been nice but I guess this is part of the current renovation. $20 per night for parking seemed expensive

Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: when I arrived at the hotel, I didn't know that it was going to be under construction. I was confused because I didn't know if I was at the right place because it didn't have a name on the building. I felt uncomfortable at first because I couldn't find the lobby to check in at until I saw a little trailer.

Tired rooms, awful breakfast -...

Liked: Location is good, Springdale is a lovely town.
Disliked: Half the hotel is under construction at the moment, so reception is in a hut and there’s no decent breakfast. You get a microwaveable muffin and some snacks in a bag to take back to your room, which is very disappointing. The included breakfast was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The remaining rooms are very tired, soft beds and weak showers. Then they have the gall to charge $10 for parking. When the hotel is this different from what was booked, the hotel should contact customers and let them know to give them the option to cancel. It’s just appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs until renovations are complete and it’s a Hyatt.

Liked: Great location, comfortable room, but it was under construction. No elevator to second floor

I was thoroughly disappointed

Liked: Property was going through renovation and had no sign. I booked Holiday Inn but property was Hyatt. Carpet was old and furniture old. Breakfast was a cold egg sandwich, orange juice in a styrofoam box. Check in was in a trailer.
