Hotel Description
With ocean views from every room the Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast is a Colonial-style home built in 1832. It is located on 1.5 acres with flower gardens and rocking chairs on the front porch all located directly across from Lincolnville Beach. Our eight guest rooms all offer private bathrooms some with Jacuzzi jet tubs and a three course gourmet-style breakfast each day. Restaurants shops along the beach and the ferry out to Islesboro are all within walking distance. Vacationing with us along the Rockland Rockport Camden and Belfast hall provides time to enjoy the beach and explore the coast and see all that Mid-Coast Maine has to offer. The nearest airport is Bangor Airport 53 mi from the property.

Exceptional

Liked: Mark and Tracy were very friendly and inviting. the b&b was very clean and nice with a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent. My husband has celiac disease and cannot eat gluten, Tracy made a gluten free breakfast for him throughout our stay. This was our first b&b experience and we couldn't have been happier. Would definitely recommend

The BEST!

Liked: Cannot say enough good things about this place and the owners. The Inn was so charming, well kept and clean. Both Mark and Tracy were so nice, sweet, and welcoming. The breakfasts and treats were amazing!

Well maintained Inn with great...
