Simple (and economical) room if...

Liked: Excellent location, 5 minute walk from Liseberg. Simple and basic room, which was expected, given the price point. Clean, though. Nice that they have a common kitchen where one can store and heat food.
Disliked: There was no elevator, or at least we didn't find it. Bed could be more comfortable. Also, given its location right by the street, there is some noise level. But for us it was fine.

Liked: Good location. If you’re visiting Liseberg this is the place to stay. Good value for the money
Disliked: We encountered an issue with the family room we had booked, as it smelled of cigarettes. However, the hotel staff promptly resolved the matter by providing us with a different room. We truly appreciate the swift and efficient service—thank you!

Not clean enough bed ,...

Liked: The bed was not cleaned . We found hair . It did not feel good .
Disliked: Saw this picture with window and there were no window in our room. Also the property was overall not nice.

Disliked: We went there for 3 days but when we arrived for the check in the receptionist gave us a room which was not the one that we had booked and was not cleaned then he changed room and was the same… we had a double bed and a sofa which was like sleeping on stones . So disappointed I definitely don’t recommend this hostel.
