Liked: I liked the size of the room and bathroom, the area was nice it was close to shops and other tourist areas. The staff were very sweet
Disliked: The breakfast was smaller than I expected, it wasn't horrible but maybe have more seating for breakfast

Liked: They must have been finishing some renovations, all of the doors had a 1 inch gap at the base so you could hear everything in the hallways. The breakfast photos online are misleading. Their complementary breakfast was not very good. The photos that they show for breakfast are from the coffee shop you pay for. Overall not bad, if they fix the door/noise issue it would be much better. Correct advertising would be appreciated.

Disliked: I was not crazy about the breakfast. Limited choices. Plain bagels, bread eggs ,sausage and mini pancakes and cereal. The coffee was ok but they did not have half and half and the only creamer was sweet plain coffee mate.

Superb

Liked: All of the staff was really friendly and helpful, specially the hotel manager Hilda, she helped me to fix some issues about the reservation and thanks to her I was able to solve it. The location is great, you have stores and restaurants at walking distance and was very easy to get in and out of the place.
Disliked: The only change I'd do to the hotel is to have some spaces to leave our stuff in the room, specially clothes. They only have a night stand wich is kind of limited space.

Liked: Location was great. Room was huge!
Disliked: Room smelled moldy/damp. Not a lot of storage that made sense. No full hanging rod. Massive bench over the AC, I refused to use because I didn’t want to block the AC. One place to hang a towel in the bathroom. No room in shower to hold multiple bottles. Nice big shower but itty bitty shelf.
