DARKNESS!!!!

Disliked: While we were in the sauna at night, they turned off the lights completely without any warning or information. No one gave any information about the sauna hours at the entrance. Similarly, there was no information about the hours in the sauna. We were suddenly left in pitch darkness. We were able to find our way with the light of our phone. If my friend had not had his phone with him, we would have been left in pitch darkness…

Liked: Stunning views from room. Sheep & lambs grazing in the fields. Quiet location. Beautiful grounds. Good sports facilities. Bennys Restaurant served super food. Lovely, friendly staff in restaurant.
Disliked: Majority of staff welcomed us. Some staff cold & abrupt.
