Disliked: The temperature in the room, we attempted to turn down the heat but the thermostat did not seem to do anything. Even though it was a comfortable bed, it was hard to get any rest since it was so hot in the room.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I am very disappointed with my stay. I guess I was expecting something more high class. The suite had paint flaking off the doors and unraveling carpet, dated furniture, and non working light fixtures. The water in the shower hardly got warm enough to take a shower. Found old empty water bottles under the bed when we were leaving. The food was good and reasonably priced, but nothing fancy. We ordered 2 Manhattan's, horrible.

Skip the Loud Hotels Downtown...

Liked: Fabulous Service! And a birds-eye view of New Year Fireworks! I had a difficult work deadline, and the Front Desk Manager got me into a quiet room where I could work and enjoy my New Year's Eve. The restaurant staff made sure I was set with a yummy dinner AND a nice bottle of wine. The bed was super cozy. I plan to make this my work place for future escapes!
