Exceptional

Disappointing

Disliked: The water park was not included in the stay, the park was not fully opened but charged full price. Breakfast was not included even for the kids. I think it was pricey for what you get.

Nice and peaceful stay!

Liked: All of the staff were amazing. The outdoor views were amazing as well. Can't wait to return.

Wouldn't go back.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and pretty clean.Arcade was expensive but decent.
Disliked: We were a family of 10. We had 2, 2 bedrooms suits.1 of our 2 bedroom town center rooms had no hot water. And the other had no heat. Food being served at the buffet, was gross. The water park was the biggest waste of money. Stuff was out of order. And the toddler play area had no heat. Water was freezing and the temperature in that area was COLD. The water in the main hotel pool was freezing, and the hot tub was filled with little kids because it was the only warmish water. No towels, no life guard.
