Liked: Obviously a very beautiful view, brought me and my friend to tears. Room decor is also beautiful, balcony is great, friendly staff at front desk and very close to train. Offers a well priced room service breakfast.
Disliked: Pricy but what you would expect for the view and location

Liked: location was ok.
Disliked: The receptionist, who is French Arab wearing glasses, he was the one who checked us in, he gave us a room where the bed was rusty, there was no support in the middle at all, when you move you get sucked in the middle of the bed, not comfortable at all. Then I checked my booking, it turned out he gave us a different room than the one we booked, he gave us a worst one.when paying over 2000 Euros for 5 days without even a breakfast, at least you expect comfort and good bed!! but unfortunately after paying a lot of money in this hotel it wasn't even comfortable to sleep and rest in it.Then at the day of our check-out on 28th September, he was the same receptionist there, he didn't even ask me how was our stay!! very negligent and disrespectful!I'm extremely disappointed of our stay with them, and won't be visiting them again. I highly don't recommend this hotel. Very expensive, Uncomfortable beds, some rude staff and customer service is ZERO.

Disliked: The guy at night shift look tall shouldn't work at hotel or hospitality . No smile no help he just stay there at reception with no smile

Liked: The customer service was great. Great view from the balcony of the Arc de Triomphe.
Disliked: There wasn't anything not to like.
