Fabulous Hotel!!!

Liked: The property is in a fantastic location with many restaurants nearby and great shopping too. The room was a good size and nicely designed with fine linens and towels. The staff was very helpful and always pleasant aiming to make guests comfortable and happy. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the evening cookie tray a plus! Fabulous property.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like!!

Liked: This hotel is a great find. The location is fantastic, the staff incredibly friendly, personable and helpful, the breakfast absolutely delicious. If you can, get a room with the veranda.

Liked: A lovely boutique hotel in a great location. The staffwere very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Climbing the stairs! The staff helped with the luggage at checkin. However, at checkout, we left very early in the morning when staff were not available. It was a struggle to have to take the stairs with and without luggage. A lift/elevator would be an excellent addition!

Liked: We are in the process of relocating and needed a berth and a rest and a treat. Philip, Lana and the team were delightful, the room and bathroom extremely comfortable and well designed.
