Liked: The hotel was wonderful!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to go to the train station and there were lots of restaurants and cafes in the area.

Liked: Great location, and fast elevator. Blessedly quiet.
Disliked: There was a pervasive odor of sewer in the room. Shutting the door to the bathroom didn't stop it. Breakfast lacking Western selections, dining room like a dungeon and hard to find. Balcony useless, no chairs and too cold.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was excellent and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony when we arrived. That was a nice surprise. Room very clean and great location next to train station and subway.
Disliked: The only criticism I have is that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
