Well priced property, in a...

Liked: The room and the location are perfect.. the view out over the Rangitoto channel is exceptional.. the furnishings along with the kitchen facilities are right up to expectations.
Disliked: The Bathroom seriously needs some work... several of the tiles on the floor were chipped or cracked ... the bath was also chipped (where someone had dropped the shower head into the bath).. and the wall near the front door / entrance was marked where guests had obviously hit the wall with their suitcases.. seriously needs some TLC and Cleaning

Disliked: Property manager pulled up just as I was checking in to the 10 minute carpark told me I had to move straight away.he was very arrogant and rude, made me not want to check in.
