Handy location, but not worth...

Liked: The pool was nice and they gave me a late checkout, which was appreciated.
Disliked: It did not meet expectations. It looked lovely on the website and was a real let down in person, even though you expect that the website is always going to offer exaggerated photos. The staff member who checked me in told me he was going to take an imprint of my card when he actually put a hold on it, and he told me that money would be back in my account upon check out when in fact it will take a week. These things would have been OK if he had been honest, but he wasn't. Also, the food available was frozen, which you then had to heat up in the microwave. The bathroom didn't feel properly clean. I expect much more than this for the price I paid. It's masquerading as a much more upmarket hotel than it actually is. I wouldn't stay here again.

Tired Rooms with the Best...

Liked: The location and the view were amazing!
Disliked: The rooms are very tired and need upgrading.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Location. Suite included full kitchen, lounge/dining and separate bedroom.
Disliked: Handbasin had not been thoroughly cleaned in too long. Needed maintenance (very efficient) to come and clear pipes.

Liked: Great location. Pool and spa were also great.
Disliked: Didn’t see a single staff member the entire time on reception until we checked out. When we tried phoning the hotel there was no answer so we hung up.
