It worked.

Liked: The house is cool. Only stayed overnight so could really check out the outdoor amenities. Rooms are small but adequate. Not super clean but okay. The bathroom is shared which for the hours i needed it was okay but not ideal. Less clean than the room. Bedrooms are also second floor. No notable elevator.

Disappointing

Liked: It would be nice if it was clean
Disliked: Very dusty the bedding was clean but the sink still had toothpaste splatter from the last guest and the floor and lights were crazy dusty

Good value but improvements needed

Liked: They had a microwave and kitchen, the blanket and pillows were very comfortable and the room‘s decoration was nice. I felt safe.
Disliked: All in all, this was a good deal. But somewhere it mentioned they were aspiring to be a 5-star facility, but all in all it felt relatively cheap and old and not as clean as I would expect - I don‘t mind sharing a bathroom but the aspiration of 5 stars seems too high. There was hair on my sheets, the AC/heater next to my room was super loud, and the lids for the provided coffee cups didn‘t fit. Also the instructions on how to enter were somewhat difficult to find in the email.

Disappointing

Liked: Arrived but no one was there. The door was locked, so had to wait outside in the extreme cold. After over twenty minutes a staff member arrived but didn't speak English. Finally someone came who could help but the place looked rundown and the experience was too much and I left.

Liked: Loved the location, super easy to get to, room was cute, bed decent.
Disliked: Could hear people arguing almost every night outside our room, TV kept going out with multiple people watching from their rooms, shared bathroom was gross, breakfast selections was scarce, no milk, no orange juice, no coffee cups, a lady was doing her hair business in lobby, not what I expected

Liked: It was convenient to the places we were visiting on our first time in Indianapolis. The price was a good value. The property was quiet and lovely. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of of pillows! Parking was convenient and convenient to the entrance. There were several welcoming outdoor areas that we might have used if the weather was warmer. The breakfast area was nicely stocked with a variety of cereals as well as teas and coffee. Some fresh fruit would have been nice but otherwise it was just fine.
Disliked: We had some problems with the hot water. On the first night the water was barely warm and on Saturday and Sunday there wasn’t any hot water water at all. They were kind enough to to allow us to use a nearby un occupied room to shower which was fine.The TV required a code which we didn’t get until Saturday morning which was annoying. Also the room was heated with a faux wood stove heater. It wasn’t clear how to adjust the temperature. Part of the time it was too hot and other times too cold. I would certainly recommend that you have printed instructions with the TV code as well as how to use the heater available for guests.
