All in all dated and overpriced but convenient to the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium.

Liked: Pretty hotel inside; horrible bed; nice restaurant open late.
Disliked: When checking out was charged $192 instead of the original booking of $155 as copied, printed and taken to show them; they said they didn't know what to do about it and would get back to us - nothing yet.

Liked: Very clean and very nice staff.

Liked: I loved its close proximity to the concert venue. Great water pressure for a 9th floor room.
Disliked: The bartender was extraordinary, because she had to be. She was the only one working the bar Saturday night.

Liked: Employees!!! The bartender was working with some help but basically waiting on a lot of people alone.One waitress and a couple of other people. But the staff kept everyone happy and they were absolutely what made the stay worth the money.
Disliked: For the price it was not well kept. Interior of room was fine but the hallways were dirty looking. Am I have not stayed in a hotel that did not have free WiFi in literally 25 years. I remembered I have an account with Marriott so it was free but no one should pay for WiFi at a hotel. Literally ridiculous.
