All in all dated and overpriced but convenient to the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium.

Liked: Pretty hotel inside; horrible bed; nice restaurant open late.
Disliked: When checking out was charged $192 instead of the original booking of $155 as copied, printed and taken to show them; they said they didn't know what to do about it and would get back to us - nothing yet.

lady at check in was...

Liked: The lady at check in was amazing. however, the restaurant was poorly staffed, we couldn't order food and the place wa overrun by kids throwing pool balls around. Despite lots of seating we were directed to two high tops that were in the kid play area.the temperature in the room was extremely cold and did not respond to the thermostat. The room was okay but im pretty sure the sheets had not been changed since the last guest.
Disliked: the place just seemed to need investment and more staff.

I was just a bit...

Liked: I liked the location. Needed a place to lay my head but it will not be here again.
Disliked: The bathroom was disgusting. Mold was present all over the tile cracks. I almost didn’t shower in the morning.
