Disliked: ~ washroom had no fan~ heated towel rack would have a been nice to dry our bathing suits between use- we would have appreciated a map of some kind or at the very least something to give us information about the place including the history, location of places & hours of operation for stores, pools & saunas ~sadly the Kneip was not in operation

Liked: Meals were excellent.
Disliked: Staff needs knowledge of the entire concept of Sparkling Hills. How old it is, why it was constructed ex. Facing the exact way inline w earths amagnetic force etc.

My partner and I had...

Liked: Everything from the place to the staff was great
Disliked: The only and I mean only “issue” and I get why they don’t do it. Is there’s no kettle or coffee machine in the room. But I realize they have all of that available out of the room. I think also mild renovations are needed. Just your normal updates though (ie if the paint needs a refresh etc)
