Liked: Very comfortable bed and soft sheets.
Disliked: Our room was right next to the road. We checked in early, and they said they couldn't move us because they were booked. The day before we arrived, the hotel changed from Best Western to Spark by Hilton. We were not notified and never received a confirmation email.

Good

Liked: It was clean and the the room was large. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: When we booked it stated hot breakfast was included but when we checked in, we were told there is no hot breakfast just a bagel bar. We may not have chosen this hotel to stay here if we knew the breakfast situation.

That was 6th time staying...

Liked: The girl at the at front desk was very nice and very apologetic about not having the same services as before. The hotel appeared to be very clean.
Disliked: No coffee in the rooms. And no breakfast availableAnymore other than bagels. The bed was very uncomfortable, I think it had seen better days.

Should be forthcoming regarding limited...

Liked: Nicely done upgrade.
Disliked: Remodel not yet completed. Room was not ready for occupation. No microwave. TV instructions not available, and staff not educated on new equipment. 1 chair. Hot breakfast items not available. Paid top dollar. Requested rate adjustment not addressed.

Liked: the bathroom floor had some weird blood like stains on the floor. other than that everything was nice. the Sheets smelled good
Disliked: the stains on the bathroom floor. but like I said before everything else was really nice.

Disliked: There was no coffee maker in the room and there were only bagels for breakfast.
