All in all this was a fantastic and convenient place for us to stay after an awesome show. Thank you!

Liked: Staff.
Disliked: A little dirty under the sink counter in bathroom. Also while trying to take a shower the next morning there was a little water pressure problem, just made the shower take longer. No worries!

The room was nice; wish the website had said the pool was out of service though. It was nice having a computer/printer to use in the lobby.

Liked: The receptionist was very pleasant and tried to help; room was clean; bed comfortable;
Disliked: Pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable - could feel all the bar supports; pool was not available - we chose the hotel for the pool; TV volume did not work - couldn't hear it;

Comfortable like family feeling of...

Liked: Upon arrival was greeted by Joyce who was the sweetest person I have meant in a long time hotel is very comfortable clean and staff go over and beyond to help you with anything you may need Robert was there at 4am who made me feel very comfortable in going outside for a few minutes with no worries this hotel is a weary travelers paradise! Price is reasonable, quiet, rooms are big and bathroom spacious definitely will come again!

The staff and room was...

Liked: The "free breakfast" was a giant disappointment. Not even a microwave. No hot chocolate when mornings are in the 40°s. It consisted of yogurt, ugly looking burritos, bagels.
Disliked: The breakfast was a huge disappointment concedering the HILTON name.

Disliked: Pets walking around in the breakfast arear, no variety of breakfast options, kept having to ask staff to restock items, noisy next door people, lack of cleanliness in our room (there were dirty towels left in the bathroom, hair in the shower and toilet ), stains on the sheets and stains in the tub.
