All in all this was a fantastic and convenient place for us to stay after an awesome show. Thank you!

Liked: Staff.
Disliked: A little dirty under the sink counter in bathroom. Also while trying to take a shower the next morning there was a little water pressure problem, just made the shower take longer. No worries!

The room was nice; wish the website had said the pool was out of service though. It was nice having a computer/printer to use in the lobby.

Liked: The receptionist was very pleasant and tried to help; room was clean; bed comfortable;
Disliked: Pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable - could feel all the bar supports; pool was not available - we chose the hotel for the pool; TV volume did not work - couldn't hear it;

Liked: The "free breakfast" was a giant disappointment. Not even a microwave. No hot chocolate when mornings are in the 40°s. It consisted of yogurt, ugly looking burritos, bagels.
Disliked: The breakfast was a huge disappointment concedering the HILTON name.

Passable

Disliked: Pets walking around in the breakfast arear, no variety of breakfast options, kept having to ask staff to restock items, noisy next door people, lack of cleanliness in our room (there were dirty towels left in the bathroom, hair in the shower and toilet ), stains on the sheets and stains in the tub.

Liked: location was perfect for where we were.
Disliked: The rooms were very clean and smelled wonderful when entering the establishment. The staff was pleasant, however the accommodations foe breakfast was way off. There wasn't any OJ and thought that there was a full bar with breakfast food. We had two small children who looked forward to the breakfast and didn't get it. Others who came down had the same experience. That was one of the biggest reasons besides the pictures online that I booked the room. Otherwise, great stay!!!

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, quiet atmosphere, and I love the renovations done to the hotel.
Disliked: No microwave in the room. You have to go to the lobby to use microwave. I was told hotel was still putting in microwave and refrigerators.

Liked: The room was nice and had big! Very comfortable! The location is nice too.
Disliked: The air conditioner in our room didn't work, but the room eventually cooked off.

Disliked: At 7:30 AM the only thing available for breakfast was bagels, no eggs or meat or cereal, etc.… Put me in a bit of a rush to go elsewhere for breakfast before my workday.

Liked: It was exceptionally clean and the beds were extremely comfortable the woke atmosphere was cozy .staff were exceptional
Disliked: I would have line to have a better breakfast .te bagel bar us a good idea but if you don't like bagels you might want to go out for breakfast
