Comfortable and clean, recently refurbished!
Liked: Stayed here for the postcard show. The hotel and staff exceed my expectations; they were incredibly accommodating and hospitable. The hotel itself is very nice with a great new refurbishment and comfy beds. I plan on coming back next year and am happy to be able to stay at such an accommodating place.

Modest but clean!!
Liked: The place is obviously under renovation so not everything is in place yet. But, for this same reason, everything looks new and clean which is a good thing!!
Disliked: The outlets were not all finished, there was no chair at the desk in the room, fridge wasn’t hooked up yet

Superb
Liked: Great location. Super nice people! Room was clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: It was 96 outside. The room air-conditioning should have been on in all rooms. Also, I understand construction, but if you're doing construction on a complete floor, don't rent any rooms on that level. I got in at 230am and was woke up at 6 with hammering and banging.

DON’T STAY HERE!
Liked: Nothing. If I hadn’t prepaid for the room, I would have cancelled the room and found somewhere else. DON’T STAY HERE!
Disliked: Motel being gutted and redone (poorly). Looks like it should be condemned. Dirty. TV didn’t work. Too dirty to use shower. A/C barely worked. Elevator was 50/50 if it would operate. Booking.com should not have this motel in its portfolio.
