Liked: Everything was average.
Disliked: TV was small and the remote hardly worked but we did not watch much TV. Keycards had to be reprogrammed twice.

Liked: Clean room; courteous staff; easy to get to venue via Uber.

Too expensive for just a room. Ice machines didn't work; the vending machines for beverages were empty and according to staff had been for two weeks. Only had half of the breakfast items available.

Disliked: Vending machines empty; ice machines didn't work; breakfast was only half available. For the price of this hotel I was very disappointed and will not stay again!

Liked: Room was clean. Sean at the front desk was wonderful!
Disliked: Wireless did not work in the room. When we turned on the heat, it smelled like burning hair, and dead things. Maybe the filter needed to be changed. It was early fall.

Disliked: I understand that for hygiene they have removed the microwaves from the rooms, sorry they must provide one in the lobby in the dining area for guestsThey offer one but it is stuck inside the reception and that is uncomfortable to heat your food while the employees are right there ... there is no privacyThey must change that

Overall super. Forgot to mention...

Liked: The staff, location, cleanliness and size of the room. We also absolutely love that you are pet friendly. Plenty of plugs for all our phones and iPads. The fact that everything was new was nice.
Disliked: No microwave, refrigerator mounted to low, chair in the room uncomfortable and the entry doors very noisy. Need to soften the noise when room doors close, this was causing are dogs to bark every time somebody went in or out near us.

Liked: Pets are welcome, very friendly staff, the coffee/tea station, extremely nice and clean rooms, location - in GR but set apart in a quiet setting of its own, indoor pool available, the rooms are absolutely great!
Disliked: Honestly, the bedspread was scratchy and very uncomfortable. The shower was only luke warm because of the childproof lock (I am assuming) prevented the ability to move the water to a desired temperature. Also, only 1 shower towel was given, and I had booked the room for 2. The elevator could use an upgrade.

The stay was decent, facilities...

Liked: The property was newly renovated and up to date!!! The first thing I smelled was new carpet which I love!
Disliked: The pool was cold and the property was having a lot of technical difficulties at check in which caused the key cards to not work for a couple different customers and that caused the front desk attendant to become frustrated and have an attitude. My card was charged twice for the incorrect amount and one charge was fixed to the correct amount and 3 days later I had toCall Hilton corporate to have it fixed. Breakfast was minimal as it was a cold breakfast bar.
