Good

Liked: Large and spacious room tucked away from the busy road hidden in the tress. Very peaceful yet extremely close to local amenities and shops.

Passable

Liked: Everything was comfortable and and I really enjoyed the environment, clean and everything
Disliked: It didn’t pacifically say that the pool was out of order and that’s the reason why I went there cause we needed an indoor pool so we can enjoy especially with this kind of weather raining, and all that

The worst I can't remember...

Liked: The breakfast was just a stale bagel . Lots of homeless people that linger around cars are broken into. Seems like this is more of a temporary housing for transient . I swear the staff goes out of their way to make you stay extremely unpleasant
Disliked: The judgemental snobby staff.

Liked: Great stay! Not my first time and not my last. Always great. Beds are comfortable, rooms are immaculate, staff is awesome. Easy check in and easy departure. I can’t say enough great things.

Disliked: The hotel it self they tried remodeling and polished a turd and we’re not ready to open. No internet no laundry breakfast was a choke

Disliked: Warning! This hotel DOES NOT EXIST. Apparently, they went out of business and didn’t inform any upcoming clients. We showed up and had to scramble to find another place to stay after driving all day.

Disliked: It was closed! After a 10 hour drive we showed up to a closed hotel. Security guard said its been closed 4 1/2 months!

Horrible stranded 25th wedding anniversary!

Liked: Easy booking but did not ever mention the property was under construction and CLOSED... AFTER many emails and texts from OYO and booking.com welcoming us and taking full payment. NOT FUN!
Disliked: We will be filing a complaint with the BBB and booking.com because the property is CLOSED due to remodeling at the time of our arrival. Also, I am filing another complaint with OYO because call center did NOTHING but say they would contact booking.com for a refund. Even trying to get supervisors to help us, no one wanted to help us find another stay so we were stranded. Not a good time for our 25th wedding anniversary!
