Liked: Called early that day to confirm that it was still a good reservation. The desk manager said that it was still good. We arrived between 11 pm and 12 midnight. At that time the night manager told me that they had double booked and my room was already occupied. They also said that the hotel would forward the cancellation would be sent to your office and I would get reimbursed for the rooms. So far I have not received any reimbursement. Liked: The location
Disliked: I stayed over the weekend, and unfortunately, the housekeeping service was non-existent. The room was not cleaned, the garbage wasn’t picked up, and the towels weren’t even changed. Very disappointing for a hotel stay. I expected basic cleanliness.

Liked: I was very pleased with everything! The check-in process was also very smooth.
Disliked: I wish the bathrooms had ventilation fans. It gets extremely hot and stuffy when showering.

Liked: Breakfast was ok
Disliked: My room did not have heat. The unit just blew out cold air, even when set to 90 degrees. They did nothing for me. Said manager would email me and they have not. It was super cold in the room and we were uncomfortable.
