Liked: Excellent location.
Disliked: The hallways were not air conditioned, however the room A/C worked great. The ice machine on the 4th floor didn’t work, but there was one a floor lower.

Liked: We wanted a balcony room and were accommodated straight away! I would like cups in the room and available for the coffee bar.

Liked: very convinient locatio near to all attractions.
Disliked: They claim breakfast is included but is no breakfast its just bagels, juice and coffee. very disappointed since I only booked it because breakfast was included.

Disliked: After walking all day we did want to get in the pool to our surprise pool was closed

Clean room with comfortable bed...

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Was in a nice area with a few shops and eateries. We were only 3-4 blocks from Francis Field so we could walk and not have to deal with the traffic or parking.
Disliked: The room held a funny odor but not too bad. I am a little sensitive to it. The AC worked well. Our room was never made up and we stayed 3 nights. Got clean towels from front desk and were told the 2nd day that our room was scheduled (?) to be made up, but never happened. My only complaint. They did compensate me by not charging $22 per day for parking.
