Disliked: pool area---soap towels and chairs. there were two people. wehad one tiny bar os soap for three days. Also only one chair tosit in. NO mat to step out of the shower, floor slippery. Thank goodness all the help were so helpful.

Liked: The location was located in the historic district which was perfect for us.
Disliked: I requested a room on the first floor due to a disability. We were given a room on the second floor without an apology or reason. To make matters worse the elevator was not working for our entire stay. The back hotel access door was not working properly and would not accept the key codes. Our parking fee was waived due to my partner being handicapped. You should never charge to park at your hotel since your hotel fees are too expensive for what you get.It's time to take a closer look at your hotel through the eyes of a guest and not just a worker or management.
