The property boasts an exceptional...

Liked: The hotel's location is ideal, with numerous shops conveniently within walking distance. I would gladly stay there again. The staff provided friendly service and the hotel was impeccably clean.

Liked: The customer service and the front desk were very nice and accommodating to us. We had 2 requests and they accommodated both. The first was for our 5 rooms to be on the same floor. Not only were they on the same floor they were right next to each other. The second was if they can serve breakfast at 5 am rather than the normal 6 am. They understood we were all fasting for Ramadan and needed to have breakfast before dawn.

I’ll never stay at another...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable and look like it had been recently renovated, except for the fact that they didn’t have any USB ports by the bed.
Disliked: Breakfast was supposedly included, but it was just a continental breakfast not a hot breakfast. Basically bagels and hard boiled eggs that were not refrigerated so not consumable. We arrived during a severe weather watch, and when I asked what the protocol was, if the weather turned bad, they said not to worry about it.-we never get tornadoes here. Then I was put on a floor facing west in the windows rattled all night we couldn’t sleep. When I reported it to the front desk in the morning, they acted like they didn’t care. Just said sorry you had a bad night.
