Affordable and convenient

Liked: Breakfast was fine. Location great for Illinois college reunion. Clean. Nice staff. Good price.
Disliked: Dated decor. Very tight space in bathroom. Fan and light in bathroom were all in one so when I wanted the light on at night I had to listen to the fan. Not as sound proof as I wished, heard noises.

Needs work

Liked: It was a nice location and a pretty reasonable price point.
Disliked: I had contact with two employees in the 15 hours I was there and both were unsatisfactory. I was defending hoping for more polite people being that this is in the Hilton family of hotels. Very upset with the "breakfast" that is included. It is not advertised correctly.
