Liked: Was expecting breakfast cooked buffet not cold cereal bagels etc. Coffee was great
Disliked: Small breakfast choices

Disliked: Fridge didn’t have freezer for us to keep ice packs in for travel .

Liked: Ashley at the front desk was outstanding. She went over and above to make sure our stay was exactly what we needed. She should be commended! Karen from the desk was very sweet the next morning to allow us to grab a little breakfast earlier than 6. We were leaving early to beat a snow storm.
Disliked: Coffee maker in the room.

Breakfast area was well thought...

Liked: Fresh approach to reimagining what this type of room/property could be. I liked the shower configuration. The property was “minimalistic “ but provided the basics well thought out.
Disliked: Lack of a comfortable stuffed chair for reading. I disliked the lighting. It was too bright and harsh. The light bulb choice was a contributing factor. The room needed “soft white” bulbs, especially near the bed. If the walls are bright white and you use non-incandescent bulbs you feel like you are on display at An art gallery. You need to soften it more and give it a little more “home like “ feeling.

Great place for a short...

Liked: The hotel looks completely different after renovation, it is very clean, very nicely decorated, staff is very professional and breakfast was limited to bagels and oatmeal, but very nicely presented and served.
Disliked: I would like to have a bottle of water in the room or at least a cup to be able to drink water or tea.

Was nice, would come again...

Liked: The rooms were very clean, the beds were fabulous. The hotel was very quiet even though it was very close to the freeway. Was easy access to the hotel if you could figure out how to make it work with GPS. Because your hotel recently bought the property, it either doesn't come up at all by name or the address does not work.
Disliked: The breakfast did not really offer any options for gluten free and the orange juice tasted terrible. You should change to Simply Orange. And maybe recommend Denny's.

Disliked: Definitely need more for breakfast than just a bagel bar.

Liked: It was clean. Just been redecorated
Disliked: Everything. The staff were not friendly. The place is in very modern decor. Not to our liking. Furniture very cheap and the chairs are metal by the computer desk. The chair in room was very uncomfortable. We had to go to Waffle House because their breakfast consisted of bagels and 2 muffins. That is not breakfast. No microwave in room had to go to 1st floor to heat food and eat in breakfast area. I would not recommend this place and I cannot believe Hilton has their name on it. We will never stay there again
