Liked: The elevator call boton didn't work
Disliked: Bathroom zinc did not work we reported and nothing happened.Breakfast in a motel is much better. Better don't offer it. For the rooms prices it should be much better.

Cleanest Hotel I have seen

Liked: The front desk staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Pillows were very high quality.
Disliked: No microwave in the room, but there was one in the lobby area. This seems to be standard for this hotel chain though, as I have stayed in other locations and there wasn't a microwave in those rooms either.

Passable

Disliked: Was told by staff that the pool was heated and it was not. Was told that breakfast was served. Only provided store bought muffins, coffee, small yogurt. No juiices, no type of cereal, no fruit, no eggs, no toast. Really disappointed.

Liked: The price, location was close to our destination - SeaWorld, walkable restaurants close by.
Disliked: The linens seemed dingy and discolored. The top bed covering appeared stained and dirty. The water never really got hot and the knob on the tub did not function correctly. No stopper in the tub - had to use a wash cloth.

Disliked: Got my back window busted they broke into my truck and ransacked it.
