Disliked: (1)The hotel was in the process of being renovated and rebranded so it was a mess. We should have been warned beforehand so we could choose another hotel before we booked and paid in full the non refundable tariff.(2)I booked and paid for a room with two beds. There were no such rooms available. In the one available here was only one bed , no pillows, and construction mess in the bathroom. We had to "top and tail"(3)The computer system was down so check in was slow even at 1230am and the poor receptionist was run ragged

Disliked: We couldn’t find it, because in the building was another hotel name, and we didn’t know, when we asked the receptionist seemed to be mad.The breakfast was poorly, they offered just bagels
