Beware of being double charged...

Liked: Money worth for the stay
Disliked: I have fully paid in advance, the concierge staff said the money have not gone through, even I showed her the payment confirmation and she said I need to pay again during check in. And I found I was double charged after all, I contact the hotel few times but their ignorance of my message makes me feel really bad service.

Disliked: Bathroom was not very clean, the bathtub was stained. The only trash can was in the bathroom. The only choice for breakfast was a bagel bar and there were only plain bagels.
