Disliked: Night auditor left building unattended, someone pulled fire alarm at midnight woke everyone up. Firemen came, had to evacuate, they couldn't find employee. Took over an hour before everything settled back down, couldn't sleep after that. Horrible!

Liked: Conveniences and amenities-loved the streaming capable tv and coffee 24/7
Disliked: Only reason for 4 out of 5 was that the bathroom floor needed cleaned more thoroughly and the toilet was very low.

Poor

Liked: Sara and Resna, the front desk staff, were extremely helpful.
Disliked: The bed smelled as if it had not been changed. My door wouldn't shut properly, which lead to my door being open while I was changing. The general manager was not pleasant and very defensive.

Liked: The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a great grab and go (again clean, refilled and kept up). The small store in the lobby was convenient and I always love coffee and tea available. will definitely be back.
