Convenient and clean. Very pleasant stay!
Liked: Clean and comfortable. The bed was great and the continental breakfast was hot, fresh and convenient. Friendly, helpful and pleasant staff/employees.
Disliked: Found no fault with anything.

Too short.
Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was truly handicapped accessible which we needed. It had handrails at toilet and in shower. The coffee in the lobby was excellent!The staff at the front desk were very helpful!
Disliked: The housekeeping staff were very noisy. We asked about food delivery places. A local pizza place was recommended by giving us a brochure. We ordered a small pizza, a calzone, and a 2 liter soda. After a variety of fees, it cost $55.00 with the tip extra. The food was lukewarm and tasted poorly. The room was rather small.

Decent property and value for...
Liked: Hotel was clean and comfortable overall, room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a little small but doable, walk in shower was nice and water temperature and pressure were good.
Disliked: This property was recently converted from a Best Western according to the front desk person and is still in the finishing touches stage. We did not get adjoining rooms, which would have been nice but wasn't a huge deal, we were a few doors away from each other. More importantly, the website said the property offered a shuttle to downtown and the front desk clerk said that was from the previous franchise and is not offered by Spark. Also, the exercise room was still being converted. The biggest problem we had was when one person in our party had a non-emergency medical situation that caused us to leave after the first night of our planned two night stay. I asked about the possibility of cancelling the second night and talked to the front desk as well as Booking.com who the stay was booked through. Booking.com said they would cancel the second night if the property approved, the front desk person said that hotel policy prevented him from approving the cancellation. While I understand that you don't want to lose the revenue, I am also a Hilton Honors member even though I don't travel as much as previously, and thought the answer was too cut and dry. Then the front desk guy, Sam, suggested that Booking.com might do something for me as a perk since I'm Genius level with them, this suggestion seemed to me like passing the buck and "added insult to injury" in my opinion. I left pretty frustrated overall and am over it now, but will keep in mind next time I book a trip.

Liked: One room room was clean and very comfortable
Disliked: I booked one room on line it was very clean and good price But then I went to get another room manager was unprofessional and rude and it took her like 20 minutes just to find us one we got up to the room it was half cleaned and on top of that she was rude never again
