Convenient and clean. Very pleasant stay!
Liked: Clean and comfortable. The bed was great and the continental breakfast was hot, fresh and convenient. Friendly, helpful and pleasant staff/employees.
Disliked: Found no fault with anything.

Disliked: I booked one room on line it was very clean and good price But then I went to get another room manager was unprofessional and rude and it took her like 20 minutes just to find us one we got up to the room it was half cleaned and on top of that she was rude never again

Disliked: I booked a room with a King sized bed and had already paid for it through Booking.com. When we arrived late that night around 10:30pm, they didn’t have the room I booked and we had to settle for a room with 2 queen beds. It wouldn’t have bothered me had I not already booked and paid for a specific room, but to give that room away is not the way a business should be ran.

Awful! Don’t waste your money

Disliked: Ice machines weren’t even hooked up to water. We were told there was ice on the third floor, but we went up there and there was none. Got into the shower and there was no soap in the body wash container. They came and filled it up and then the next day, my friend was in her room and they had no more shower gel either.The toilet wasn’t flushing properly, so they had to send someone to fix it.The television wasn’t working on regular TV. Anytime we put it on a channel it blipped off and the screen went black.There were ice machines in the hotel, but there were neither ice buckets or cups in either of the two rooms that we rented. The breakfast was a bagel bar and the only cream cheese they had was strawberry cream cheese; they had no plain original cream cheese.Definitely wasn’t worth the three hundred dollars per night per room that we paid.

Disliked: To: booking.comQuality InnI recently made reservations at at Quality Inn Opryland Area through Booking.com. The reservation dates were Thursday September 28-Sunday Oct.1. The cost was to be $396.41 booking number 2228925286. I used Booking.com for this reservation because I have used it on the past and been very. satisfied with my reservations.A friend and I drove to Nashville on Thursday and called the Quality Inn to let them know that we would be arriving later than expected. We were told that our reservation had been cancelled because of renovations being done at the hotel! Quality Inn did not offer to help us find other reservations and told us that we should call Booking.com. the phone number connected with Booking.com was for Quality Inn!We had no alternative but to call and find another hotel! It was early evening and we needed to find a place to stay.We called several places to find something we could afford and made reservations at the Comfort Inn Nashville, Opryland Area. The price was $590.26. A difference of almost $200! But the best we could do at the time.On Sept 25 I received a confirmation from Quality Inn for the reservation with some information about the hotel.I also received a confirmation from Booking.com on Aug. 31. I had no idea that there would be a problem.I am very disappointed in both Booking.com and Quality Inn. Both failed to live up to expectations. Someone should have been willing to find or get us a room at the same price. I use Booking.com because it presents itself as a way to get the best prices. I chose Quality Inn because it has a reputation of being a nice clean hotel with some amenities at a fair price.It was very upsetting to spend almost $200 more than I expected. Both my friend and myself are seniors living on fixed incomes.This is very unfair and inconsiderate to us. Someone should have at least tried to remedy this situation.
