Liked: Breakfast was good. Room clean, and quiet
Disliked: I had to pay 30.00 extra because I checked in early.

Has potential, looks great but...

Liked: The new decor was nice, bedding nice. I enjoyed the shampoo and conditioner. Staff were friendly
Disliked: We could hear everything from our neighbors and across the hall, the sound insulation is terrible. We expected a hot breakfast from previous reviews but the breakfast was very disappointing. Not even fresh fruit. We just had coffee. The beds are not comfortable. All in all we had very little sleep.

Not pleased at all

Liked: Front desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: Stay was booked with Super 8 - absolutely NO communication that business had changed entities until we pulled into the parking lot.The paint fumes were very strong.No carpet in the main hall downstairs - not very welcoming.The phone in our room did not work, and I had to use a cell phone to contact the front desk.Breakfast options were different than when we booked the reservation and the bagels were stale.Electrical outlet in the bathroom, with the nightlight, did not work. Beds were very hard.Internet service was not working well and very difficult to use.Parking lot had so much construction mess that we couldn't park under cover to check in, and the parking lot had limited parking, and what was available was near the street and not well lit.

Only for 1 night.

Liked: Location to where my event was happening. Pricing on room was good.
Disliked: No hot water, only warm. Didn't get the room I reserved. Beds weren't the best.

Cool stay, love the waffles

Disliked: Too much Chlorine in pool, very dangerous. Had my boyfriends private parts tingling.

We won't be staying there...

Liked: The room was clean and very nice. Breakfast waffles were delicious.
Disliked: Our room was an adjoining room and the door between the two didn't sufficiently block sounds from the other room. The other TV was so loud it woke me up at 1 a.m. and went on til at least 2:00. Dog down the hall barked off and on for a couple of hrs. Coffee maker in the room would have been nice. At least have cups and ice bucket.

Great experience

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Doing some remodel but no issues.

Poor

Liked: The staff was very friendly
Disliked: One, it was under construction, and the fumes were absolutely terrible. Two, the pool had too many chemicals. Three room smelled like raw sewage from the drain pipe on the floor. Four the breakfast items were not friendly to someone with a dairy allergy. I understand it's a breakfast that is included, but you could do better.

Passable

Liked: The hotel was under some major reconstruction, but the staff was wonderful and very helpful. our room had already been renovated and was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful also.
Disliked: Probably just the renovation we did not know about it ahead of time as we booked through the Internet .
