Liked: The hotel was quaint and quiet. The room was nice and the hotel was clean.

Liked: The beds were comfortable, nice view, friendly staff, great coffee, good breakfast options, safe and great location, it was very clean when we got there.
Disliked: When we checked in, they told us if we wanted a lower floor because the elevators were not working. We were also a bit disappointed because they did not have a microwave. We have also stayed at many hotels, and they at least throw out the trash and change towels. Here they didn't. I'm assuming we had to ask. We were also getting a lot of late night scam calls on Thanksgiving night from "customer service " wanting to verify the card we checked in with. When I hung up and called the front desk, she told me to disconnect it because it had been happening for a while. It was scary, good thing we didn't fall for it.

Meh… Fix the Problem

Disliked: Elevator broke for 2 days, Sat Tv very poor reception, had to take luggage up flights odd stairs
