Liked: The location was great. Breakfast was not good at all. The hallways and rooms had a horrible smell. The doors were hard to close.

Liked: I dislike waiting for the extra cost that I paid for during my stay. I still haven't received it back to my bank account.

We would enjoy staying again...

Liked: We checked into the facility because of a medical procedure the next day. The room size, staffing, cleanliness, and location of the facility were exceptional however, there were problems with the plumbing in the bathroom and on our return to the hotel after the medical procedure we had been locked out of our room and had to return to the front desk to have the keys reactivated, which was a little a nerving for my spouse and myself. The breakfast was more continental but as injury a heart patient, a more heart conscious breakfast option would have been very welcomed.
Disliked: The only downfall was the plumbing issue with the commode, not wanting to flush, and being locked out of our room after completing a medical procedure. There was also quite a bit of noise on the floor level above us on our second night stay. Otherwise, the rooms, facility, and staff were very hospitable to our needs.

Liked: It was nice and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact of all the running and noise from the room up above us. I know next time to stay on the top floor when it's only 4 floors to keep the noise down.
