My overall experience at Wingate was not satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend staying at this location and I have no plans of returning.

Liked: The room itself was decent.
Disliked: Called 2 days before my scheduled check in requesting an early check in time (2.5 hours early). When I arrived I was told I couldn't check in. I then called an hour later and was told to call back in another hour. I decided to go back to the hotel to ask for a refund and suddenly my room was available. I drove almost 3 hours for an event in Lancaster. I wasn't happy with my experience at Wingate.

Good, basic hotel. Don't expect...

Liked: The place was clean and spacious. Parking was easy, as was access to main roads.
Disliked: There was almost no choice of breakfast - just a few plain bagels and some packets of oatmeal. At check-in we were told of many options that did not exist. We received the same "explanation" each day as to why there was no food, and had to purchase breakfast from nearby restaurants during our stay.

Liked: Very affordable and clean . Very pricey and polite front desk staff.
Disliked: Loud AC/ heater unit The breakfast is rather symbolic : some bagels (toaster available) , prepackaged muffins, mini yogurt cups , coffe and tea. Would suggest to check out other location- there many coffee shops 1-2 miles away .

Liked: As someone who frequents the area. I remember the Spark was under construction. It is in the perfect location, clean and spacious!
Disliked: The fitness could be more modern in regard to its equipment.
