Liked: I’m not here to rate my stay, but to apologize on my behalf, and on the behalf of Briarwood Inn and staff to the recent guest and their unpleasant stay I am deeply sorry, and as I always strive to make sure that all guests are comfortable and happy during renovation I hope to soon make it up to you after renovation is complete, because that is not that experience that Briarwood Inn would want any of our guest to have
Disliked: Nothing- only here to reach out to the guest and apologize on behalf of Briarwood Inn, that upon completion of renovation I hope to give you a different experience and a better stay as Briarwood continues to strive,grow an build we promise to be there for our guests in anyway we can can. The staff is not very...

Disliked: When I arrived I found that despite them having my credit card on file, they demanded cash only payment. Was not expecting that at all. This forces many to use the atm in the lobby. The whole place is in need of better maintenance and housekeeping. The exit doors on the building were tied shut with coat hanger wire with a sign warning of possible penalties if caught removing them. The room was dirty. I saw two black bugs craw out under the bathroom sink. The entire property is in desperate need of repairs. It did look like they are trying to remodel but are still putting guests in unsatisfactory rooms. I would NOT stay here again.

Liked: I absolutely hated my stay there . It comes with no refund once paid . Advertisement is false , building is going under reconstruction.
Disliked: The facility had uncontrolled pests such as roaches and nets . Rooms were down . Showers were completely nasty , carpets were dirty. The sheets were nasty as well. Hotel was more dangerous to be at then being on the street. Building should be close down. It’s Not Briarwood Inn it’s an old comfort inn. No wifi service and no heat . Holes in walls .

Liked: The breakfast did not make me sick.
Disliked: This was the worst hotel I have seen in my lifetime. There were roaches there, all elevators were broken, no towels, pool out of service, vending machines empty and the hotel staff was extremely rude. I was scheduled to stay 3 days but stay only 1 day.

Liked: The hotel associate was very helpful. The sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was as advertised and was very good. I love that the hotel was next door to Chili's. I was able to get a drink and some laughs at the bar.
Disliked: The hotel is out of date. The pictures online are all old pics. The dinning room chairs are peeling, the carpet is old and needs to be changed. I didn't even walk on the floor without my shoes on. Also the pool was green so I couldn't enjoy this amenity.
