Liked: The room was good and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it worked perfectly for our trip.It was in a good location and we were able to utilise the golf cart shuttles during our trip which was a big bonus!
Disliked: The service wasn't great. On the occasion when we spoke to the front desk we seemed to get quite abrupt, almost unhelpful responses. We got the impression they didn't like us from the minute we stepped in the hotel.We got charged for $30 parking despite never having a car the whole trip. We had told them upon arrival that we didn't have a car yet when I got home from the trip I saw they had charged us. When we called them to ask for a refund they were very rude. Thankfully we did get the refund in the end.The breakfast which was included was underwhelming. Just bagels, cereal and muffins.
