Liked: very comfy beds, feel clean and well made, the room also seems clean. Bathroom is also clean and has everything you need. All in all, its a place that has everything you will need for a short stay
Disliked: Location not too good for me. Its around 20-35 minute drive to the places we were planning to visit.

Superb

Liked: Fantastic staff and very much appreciated shuttle bus picking me up and then taking me back so I could catch a train into town for a tour. Hotel in convention area so very good for 1night stay

Fair accommodations for the price...

Liked: Cleanliness, safe location. The renovations improved and updated the property and made it more appealing. Breakfast was quick and good. Beds are comfortable. Nice bath towels. Staff is very friendly and works very hard to ensure guests are taken care of.
Disliked: The removal of desk chairs, clock radios, and coffee makers were a ridiculous move.If you are going to appeal to business travelers they MUST have a desk chair with a BACK - not an ottoman or pouf.It is terribly uncomfortable to sit at the desk with no back support. What were you thinking?You used to have a medical rate for guests going to the hospital but you no longer offer that. Another not so welcomed change.

We'd like someone to address...

Liked: The location and availability of the shuttle bus. Staff at the reception was helpful.
Disliked: It is literally impossible to receive an invoice. I am not sure how to get the staff's attention other than by leaving a bad review. Also the smell in the room was pretty heavy. Although the room was clean.

Liked: Everyone was super kind and friendly. The place was cleaning and offers transportation to the airport.
Disliked: It would be great to have more options for the bagels buffet

Disliked: Room had an awkward smell to it and the shower wasn't the cleanest.
