The room smelled of throw up; immediately walking in, the smell hit us and could not go away. The carpet was crunchy on one side of the bed as if throw up sat there and could not come out completely. The bathroom faucet was not secured into the counter and was moving around when turning on and off the water. The shower drain was completely open with no stopper. Overall just really unkept room. The smell was the absolute worst part. If we were staying for more than one night I would have left but it was just a quick trip.

Liked: The price was great. Should have tempered my expectations. On the surface, it had a new, clean, feel.
Disliked: It said “breakfast included”. It didn’t cross my mind that it wouldn’t be a continental breakfast. That was pretty disappointing. Also, I need the new, clean fuel of the place, it was clear that a lot of stuff was just really old. The bed was fine, and the shower was mediocre. This isn’t the hotels, fault, but somebody was beating on a wall in the middle of the night as if they were hanging a picture or something.

Liked: Very comfortable beds. Hotel was clean and looked nice.
Disliked: We had a lovely time other than the elevator making a loud banging noise going up and down and then right after us two men got stuck in the elevator and the fire department was called. So the rest of our stay we took the steps. We was on the third floor. Also my daughter of 9 applied the lotion in the bathroom on her face right before checkout. As we was at the front desk her face welped up and was red with heat in it. Had to give medication due to the allergic reaction.

New hotel perfect for family...

Liked: Thé front desk staff the hotel appearance . Rooms were spacious and clean.
Disliked: Breakfast needs more variety. No fruit, just bagels and muffins. They need cereal and breakfast bars. The elevator needs work, heard someone was stuck on it and fire dept had to come.
