Comfortable but a few important...

Liked: Location is right for our destination. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Grounds and public areas well tended. Appreciate being pet-friendly. Good value for the price!
Disliked: We understand the hotel was recently renovated so this "hopefully" was just an oversight of this particular room. Requested a first-floor handicap accessible room, which we received. However, the room lacked several important features: 1. Wondered why the ironing board was leaning in a corner and then realized that there was NO CLOSET or even a wall rack to hang anything. Had it been winter or had we had clothing that had to be hung up, we would not have accepted the room. 2. Bathroom was handicap accessible with wheel-in shower, grab bars, etc. However, the location of the bed made wheelchair access impossible. Fortunately, we did not need it to be. 3. From a comfort level, there was only one chair besides the bed. A loveseat and coffee table/side table or something would have made the room more comfortable; there was room for these additional comforts.
