Very poor

Liked: Breakfast. The concierge was very nice and very accommodating to our concerns James was amazing.
Disliked: Walls were paper thin. Very inconsiderate guests. Elevator very noisy. Had to change rooms because of the noise above and beside us. The second room was better but being next to the elevator all you heard was the elevator ding.

Disliked: Terrible breakfast. No milk for coffee. Just a bagel and yoghurt.

Very poor

Liked: The hotel was fine but losing the power for7 hours on the top floor not good. Winds were so strong they kept us up all night It sounded like the roof was going to collapse. You could not get through to staff etc. but these were unusual circumstances
