Disliked: Weird clicking noise in the bathroom

It was absolutely horrible.

Liked: I actually did not enjoy this property at all.
Disliked: I booked a room on 10/26/24. I got to the hotel and checked in all was well. After swimming that night I returned to my room (410) to sleep and there was some form of a party going on next door on the right and a baby screaming and crying on the left. Which I have videos of. The manager went up to the room and asked them to quiet, however they did not. She eventually moved us to room 207. 207 had cat and/or dog hair on both beds. My 7 year old is extremely allergic to cats and dogs. This lead to her having breathing difficulties due to her asthma which was triggered by the hair. The receptionist kindly moved us to 305. In 305, we did a check of the room and the right mattress pad had a blood stain. The left mattress comforter had a big brown stain. All of which we have pictures and videos of. I went back to the receptionist desk and made the receptionist aware and she was very apologetic however she had no control and authority to give me my money back. The worst part about it was I was charged TWICE. I was reimbursed my $40 deposit but was charged for the room twice. I’ve been getting the run around. The manager is apparently on vacation until the 4th of November. Both of my banks have been notified however they are waiting on the hotel to authorize. I would never stay here again. I would not recommend. I will be taking further action.

Liked: Overall great condition and service and was comfortable
Disliked: Bfast was lacking and coffee was weak but not terrible

Facilities and bedding was comfortable.

Liked: Breakfast was underwhelming. No hot food. Coffee was good.
Disliked: The staff was busy with personal calls when approached for check in and check out. Two different individuals. When we checked in, we were given a room that had not been serviced.

Liked: Room was clean and beds were comfortable location was good plenty of places to eat around the hotel area.
Disliked: When we checked in the person behind the desk acted like we were bothering him. Couldn't understand what he was saying. While checking in other people came into check in and he literally said awe geez more people. They should list breakfast as a Continental breakfast as there are only bagel's English muffins and some prepackaged muffins. Juice machine was out of OJ and coffee carafe was always empty.
