Rude front desk

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: The evening front desk staff was rude. TV did not work in room. Appeared to be perturbed that I was asking to switch rooms. No apology for the inconvenience. Poor customer service.

Very good experience!

Liked: It was a last-minute "11th hour" accommodation. The staff was friendly and professional. First time at this hotel, and was pleasantly surprised at the standard of cleanliness and comfort. Highly recommend it!
Disliked: No complaints.

Clean. Convient to airport. However...

Liked: Clean and convenient to airport.
Disliked: Checkin took well over 1/2 an hour. Hotel was full. We had a prepaid room with a king size bed. They had no rooms with king size beds available, only queen, (which was fine with us). She spent over 1/2 hour trying to change our room type so she could charge the $50 incidental hold. She FINALLY called someone who stepped her through what she had to do. The wait was very very frustrating!!Their “breakfast” does not deserve to be called a breakfast.
