Disliked: Only booked for pool,was closed for no reason,no refund or help offered and they were rude and like so what too bad about it like it was funny or something. Breakfast is really nothing as well,expect nothing there,pitiful,motel 6 more for half the price

Liked: The cleanliness, the comfortable beds, and the ease of entry into the hotel and our rooms.
Disliked: The options for breakfast. There were a lot of options for Bagels, but I don't eat a lot of bread. The elevator inspection may be expired if I read that correctly.

Liked: The pool was AMAZING! Over all the cleanliness was up to standards. The greeting staff were super friendly and egar to help, however the farewell was not so sweet...
Disliked: 1). So, for starters, I mistakenly made this reservation.I then tried to cancel, however was unable to do so.I then proceeded to go ahead with stay. Apon arrivalwas informed there would be a $25 service chargeheld until checkout which would then be returned. (1assumed security deposit of sorts). I then have a verynice stay I must say..until the end. I checked out thismorning (6/8/24) around 9:30am. 1 went up to counterspoke with the lady at the desk as she confirmed thecharges mentioned above, I proceeded to go on aboutmy day. **** HERE IS THE PROBLEM!!Apon further inspection I was charged an additional$50. Shocked to see this as the room was left neatlyused I immediately called the hotels front desk around1:45pm this afternoon to inquire this transaction. Thelady was very rude and told me I was charge $50 fora missing pillow. States that there were 4 pillows inthe room and that was simply not true there were3 pillows when I arrived and 3 pillows when 1 left. Ithought that was normal? The lady then went on toaggressively tell me there was nothing she coulddo and I would need to call back and speak with amanager. I asked for her to take my number and havea call made to me asap.... I WAS THEN HUNG UP ON!!!2). The only doors leading to the back parking lot close at 10:30pm ("due to safety reasons" is what I was told), the parking lot in the front area is fairly small and shared with another hotel.) Therefore in order to access the building after hours you have to walk all the way around and enter through the main entrance. ** Would this not cause more "safety concerns" than a door that already automatically locks & unlocks using the provided key card?3).

Pricey due to an event...

Liked: Great staff. Nice room.
Disliked: Price jacked up due to UGA graduation. No cups in the room. Breakfast was bagels and yogurt only. Really didn't expect much more for a continental breakfast. Over all good stay.

Liked: The king suite was spacious
Disliked: They were renovating the hotel and I wasnt aware until I checked in, so the access to the pool is closed and no continental breakfast is being served at this time.

Liked: It was cheaper than the one in Athens
Disliked: They was remodeling and didnt know that prior to my arrival and there was only one other guest in the whole hotel and they put our rooms right beside each other and the walls arent sound proof
