Watch overcharges! And security deposits

Liked: Everything was great except for an overcharge of $72.17 after I proved being charged incorrectly. I did get credit at first just to be charged for it again AFTER I checked out! Also, I have not received my $100 deposit that was requested from me at check-in! Washer and dryers were also not working! My next step is legal action.
Disliked: Read the above!!!!!!!!!
