Disliked: there was a vibration every couple of minutes emanating from the pool area all during the night that made it hard to sleep.

Disliked: Renovating. No trash can, no phone to call front desk, had to hook up tv & cable myself.

Liked: Right now it is a literal construction site, so I would not recommend.
Disliked: Construction is loud and everywhere. It is going to probably be a lot nicer once they are finished but right now it is a construction site so don’t go.

Disliked: My refrigerator did not work and I thought the rate was a little high being that you were in the middle of construction. Also the lock latch in my room was broken so didn’t feel totally secure at night

Liked: After being moved to the room we rented, (the second day) the stay was fine. The gentleman who handled our issues on day 2 was great- But we should have NEVER been put in the first room.
Disliked: Upon arrival- we were placed in a "NEW ROOM" . It had just been refurbished- but WAS NOT READY TO RENT. I had to go to the desk to get a trash can, toilet paper,water cups,ice bucket, there was not a refrigerator, the water to the stool was not turned on, and the leaked all over the floor during the night. - We were placed in a handicap room that we did not request - which had a folding seat in the shower - and no shower curtain which made it difficult to shower and put more water all over the floor and no floor mats on the tile floor which were slick when wet.

Liked: Location was fine. It was under construction which is fine as well. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: No bath towels?! I have been staying in hotels for decades and have never experienced anything like this. If this had anything to with the changeover from AmericInn to Hilton, then do not be open! I rarely complain but when I am unable to leave the next morning when I wanted to as there were ZERO towels at the front desk and were waiting for housekeeping to clean up from other rooms? My girlfriend was already in the shower when I went to the front desk, so it was entertaining to watch her dry off with the one hand towel.
